We currently deliver to:

• All major cities across Pakistan, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, and more
• Nationwide coverage through trusted courier partners

International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Methods & Courier Partners

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure smooth delivery:

Your order will be shipped via the selected courier, and tracking details will be provided after dispatch.

3. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may take 1–2 extra business days
• During sales or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

• Within major cities: 2–4 business days
• Remote or rural areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

5. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

• Free shipping on orders above PKR 5,000
• Orders below PKR 5,000: PKR 250 shipping fee
• Minimum order value: PKR 899

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.

• A tracking number will be shared once your order is dispatched
• You can track your order through our Order Tracking page
• Order details may also be shared via WhatsApp for convenience

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• We will coordinate with the courier for a replacement or refund
