• The item you received is different from what was described

To qualify:

• You must report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery
• The product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging
• You must provide clear pictures or video proof

Products that are used, opened, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used teeth whitening products
• Items damaged due to customer handling
• Products purchased on sale, discount, or clearance
• Hygienic products (for safety reasons)
• Custom or promotional bundles

3. Replacement Policy

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• We offer a free replacement
• Replacement will be processed after verification
• In some cases, we may arrange pickup or request return

If the product is unavailable, we will offer:
